Termination

EverGreen Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

    EverGreen Cleaning Services

​1. Scope of Services:

Evergreen Cleaning Service agrees to provide cleaning services as agreed upon with the client.

The specific details of the cleaning services, including frequency and areas covered, will be outlined in the service agreement.

 

2. Payment Terms:

Payment for services rendered is due on a weekly basis.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Payment methods accepted include Bank transfer & Standing order.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Clients must provide 24 hours notice for service cancellations.

Cancellations without proper notice may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the full service price.

4. Customized Cleaning Plans:

Evergreen Cleaning Service offers personalized cleaning plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Clients can discuss and adjust the cleaning plan as necessary, subject to mutual agreement.

5. Access to Property:

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning times.

In the event of restricted access, clients must inform Evergreen Cleaning Service in advance.

6. Supplies and Equipment:

Evergreen Cleaning Service will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for informing the service of any specific cleaning products or equipment restrictions.

 

7. Liability:

Evergreen Cleaning Service will take reasonable care in cleaning, but is not liable for damage to items not properly secured or for pre-existing damages.

Clients are encouraged to report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.

 

8. Confidentiality:

Evergreen Cleaning Service and its staff will respect the privacy of clients and treat all information with confidentiality.

Health and Safety:

In adherence to health and safety standards, clients are required to notify Evergreen Cleaning Service of any potential hazards within the premises.

 

9. COVID-19 Precautions:

Evergreen Cleaning Service will follow COVID-19 safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the disinfection of high-touch surfaces.

10. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Evergreen Cleaning Service reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of terms.

11. Amendments:

These terms and conditions may be amended with mutual agreement in writing.
